| Every table comes with a warranty to the original purchaser such that if there are any defects in materials or workmanship during the lifetime of the original owner, LA TABLES.com, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective part or parts with no charge to the owner. This warranty does not include pockets, rail cushion or cloth. Should any defect of materials or workmanship appear during the lifetime of the original owner, notice of defect should be forwarded immediately to LA TABLES.com. If the claim occurs more than one year from the date of the original purchase, shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the owner. Replacement or repair of defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product. The Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard table.
The above warranties do not apply in case of defects judged by LA TABLES.com to have occurred as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect or natural calamity of the parts affected. LA TABLES.com obligation hereunder is voided if the billiard table is installed by anyone other than an authorized LA TABLES.com installer. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or limited. LA TABLES.com neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for LA TABLES.com any other obligation or liability in connection with said billiard table. This warranty is not transferable by the original owner. |
